About The Creator
Danjel Krakulli Dental Technician Specialist, is not only the owner but also the soul, heart, and driving force of Twins Dental Lab, the dental laboratory that over the years he has guided with intuition and through a remarkable evolutionary and professional path to become a reference model. Dr.Danjel Krakulli is a Dental Ceramic Specialist who brings with him over 15 years of experience and a modern approach to Cosmetic Dentistry. A sheer perfectionist and a staunch advocate of delivering dentistry with a feather touch.
Dr.Danjel Krakulli graduated from Albanian University, Tirana in 2005 and has acquired the Fellowship In Aesthetic Smile from the International Cosmetology Academy. He is pursuing advanced training in Restorative Fixed Prosthesis. He is also in the process of acquiring his license to practice Ceramic Veneers with the Dubai Prosthetic Study Consortium.
His success is affirmed knowing that he started his laboratory work at a very young age and after years of hard work collaborated with over 30 dental medics in Albania.

CORiTEC 250i SERIES - AUTOMATION IN THE SMALLEST SPACE
The CORiTEC 250i and CORiTEC 250i dry machine systems are the most widely used CAD/CAM systems for applications of zirconium dioxide, PMMA or wax. Thanks to the 5-axis technology, these machines can also produce complex dentures with diverging stumps and undercut areas without further rework. Therefore, these systems are an ideal choice if a good price-performance ratio but also avery high equipment fl exibility is of importance. The processing of CAD/CAM blocks or premilled abutments is also possible by using the respective adapter systems. By purchasing the CORiTEC 250i you obtain a cost-efficient but flexible and versatile milling machine at once.

As mentioned above, professional knowledge, the use of high quality materials, taking into account the cooperation and assistance of the clinics we work in, have made it possible to work in this laboratory with combined techniques such as: corons or bridges. porcelain metal combined with skeletal work, placing different attachments, or combined with telescopic corona. The latter give us the opportunity to provide the patient with sufficient function and stability and a better aesthetic than simple work.
In recent years Twins Dental Tourism has been working with great seriousness in the aesthetics of dental restoration.
In aesthetic techniques we have chosen porcelain zircon and press techniques. Porcelain zircon bridges or sheets are cad-cam techniques, where the precision of the work is at the highest level, this is made possible by model scanning, work modeling, made possible by the design program. The braking technology used in this case is what enables the best results in terms of adaptation and accuracy in these works. In these works we guarantee a better connection of the bridge body with the porcelain, good bridge adaptation as well as the aesthetics given the vitality of our products. The lack of mouthwash that is present in porcelain metal bridges makes us as a staff to have the zirconium works to our preference.
TECHNIQUES
Press (full porcelain) technique is the technique where the aesthetics are dominant. It can also be combined with the cad-cam technique.
