OralSurgery

Service description

In cases where a tooth is badly damaged or infected, filling is impossible and its removal is done. Tooth extractions are also done to correct deformities of the jaw or face in cases where space is needed for the direction of the teeth.

Each of us can be a candidate for a lifetime of surgery. Removal of a single tooth as a result of a trauma, a decay, a periodontal disease or to create space in the case of wired teeth, all of these are considered dental surgical procedures.

Although in some cases surgery remains the only solution, it should be the last resort and should only be performed when all other possibilities have been discussed.

When to remove a tooth?

1- Massive decay, the filling is impossible

2- Tooth movement as a result of gum disease

3- Infection or abscess

4- Creation of spaces for orthodontic treatment

5- Badly positioned teeth

6- Broken teeth at the root

7- Teeth left in the jaw (generally maturity teeth or dog teeth)

Procedures performed in our clinic:

1- Simple and complicated removals

2- Surgery to remove mature teeth left partially or completely in the jaw.

3- Surgery to remove the dog’s teeth (canine) left in the jaw (palate)

4- Apical resections, on the first teeth when there is a foci of infection at the end of the root, in order not to remove the tooth, an intervention is made and the top of the root and the infected part around it are cut.

5- Crown Lengthning operation, when the tooth or root is small and does not allow you to work on it.

6- Aesthetic surgeries to correct gum defects.
